School Fees – Year 2025
(from 1 January 2025)
School fees are collected on a termly basis, 4 times a year. Meals and snacks are included in school fees.
School fees are billed on a termly basis, and payable in full in advance. Any proration of school fees will be on a weekly basis, according to the number of term-weeks left in the academic term.
For new students, upon successful enrolment, school fees will be invoiced at least 6 months prior to student course commencement.
If the student course commencement date is within 6 months, the school fees shall be invoiced immediately. Invoice due date will be clearly stated in the respective invoice.

ECDA Childcare Subsidy
EtonHouse Zhong Hua is registered with ECDA as a childcare centre which is guided by the MOE Curriculum Framework for Kindergartens in Singapore. Singaporean children are entitled to the ECDA childcare subsidy.
Student Insurance
A compulsory student insurance fee of $14.17 will be collected annually with the school fees payment.
Sibling Discount
A discount is applicable on the gross school fees of sibling(s) enrolled with any campus under the EtonHouse brand. There will be no discount in relation to the sibling with the highest school fee, while a 10% discount will be applied to the school fees of all other siblings. In the event that any sibling ceases to be enrolled, the discount applicable to his or her sibling will be revised and reflected in the next invoice.
Mandarin Immersion Programme
No additional fee is charged for the Mandarin Immersion Programme.
Refundable Deposit*
A refundable deposit equivalent to one-third of the full-day term school fees is payable before the commencement of school. In the event that there is an increase in school fees, the Deposit must be topped-up to maintain the equivalent of one-third of the full-day term school fees.
The deposit shall be repaid in full after deducting any amounts due to the school, provided written notice is served at least 8 fee-paying term-weeks^ before the child is withdrawn. In cases of insufficient withdrawal notice, 50% of the deposit will be retained by the school. For the avoidance of doubt, payment of school fees in lieu of notice period will not be accepted by EtonHouse.
^Term-week refers to the school’s calendar for the academic term. Fee-paying term-weeks refer to the school’s calendar for the academic term excluding holiday activity periods, school holiday periods, public holidays, and school closure periods.

Our foremost reason for sending both our children to EtonHouse ZhongHua is solely for the Full Mandarin Immersion Programme. As we do not speak Mandarin regularly at home, we really appreciate that the curriculum is delivered entirely in Mandarin by native Mandarin-speaking teachers from China, Taiwan and Singapore, and we firmly believe that this is the best way for children to use and love the language which is not the easiest of languages to pick up.
