We wanted to express our heartfelt gratitude to both of the teachers- Ms Grace and Ms Ling for the wonderful care and attention they have shown to our son, Mingze Cheng, during his time in the N2B class. As Mingze completes his second week at school, we have already noticed significant progress in his confidence and enthusiasm. He has become more relaxed, positive, and engaged in all aspects of school life. This transformation is a direct result of the teachers’ patience, kindness, and gentle encouragement, which have made his transition so much smoother.

My daughter Yining joined Etonhouse Nature Pre-School in August 2023 and it has been a pleasant experience for us! The school has a large beautiful outdoor space for children to play and learn about nature, which is quite rare in Singapore (but becoming more popular). They have continued investing in this aspect with a new obstacle course put in place just this year and the children are loving it! There are swings, playgrounds with slides, watercove, cycling track, sheltered sandpit – even my older one wants to come along to pick up his sister every time when he is on holiday simply because he enjoys playing there so much! 

The other thing that I love about this school is that the teaching team from Michelle the principal to the class teachers are all very cheerful and caring, which made the transition for Yining (from home to PN, from PN to N1) very smooth and pain-free for us as parents. In particular, we feel fortunate to have Ms Grace and Ling Laoshi as Yining’s class teachers – both of them are very passionate and experienced early childhood educators who have a genuine love for children. They connected with Yining (and the other children in the class) within the first few days and made her feel comfortable and secure. Now she enjoys coming to school everyday even after a two-week holiday！

Sana is the happiest she has ever been. Combining highly empathetic and engaged.

Teachers, a curriculum where creativity and discovery are a priority, and a warm and welcoming learning environment, is no easy task. The EtonHouse Nature Pre-School has done it beautifully. Every morning Sana is excited to go meet her friends at school, and every afternoon she comes back with stories of play and adventure. EtonHouse Nature Pre-School is the first school my 20-month-old son attended after we moved to Singapore. He was unfamiliar with the new environment and cried for some time, but Ms Nadia showed him a lot of love and warmth, which calmed him down eventually. Now he can happily walk into the classroom with Ms Nadia, wash hands, and sit by the table to enjoy breakfast with classmates. 

One thing we like a lot about Nature Pre-School is its spacious outdoor space – kids play with sand, water, slides, swings, bikes, observe insects on the trees and plants, and make artworks with materials discovered from nature.

YanZe 起初刚进幼儿园时我满心担忧，但在EtonHouse的成长，彻底打消了我的顾虑，让我打心底里认可、感激这里的一切，尤其是老师们的倾心付出，还有幼儿园优质的环境与教育。

老师们各个身怀“绝技”，又极具耐心与爱心，非常感谢班级上的SuYan老师和Dyah老师。

每天清晨，校门口迎接孩子的是她们灿烂温暖的笑容，到班级后老师的一个亲切的拥抱、一声温柔的问候，瞬间驱散孩子的分离焦虑。

教学时，老师们化身“故事大王”“魔法精灵”，把知识融进趣味故事、新奇游戏里，老师的指导，耐心讲解，点燃孩子求知欲。

生活中，老师更是无微不至。午睡时轻哼的摇篮曲、帮孩子细心掖好的被角;天热时，提前备好的擦汗巾;孩子情绪低落时，蹲下身温柔开导、耐心倾听，桩桩件件，暖到心坎里。

EtonHouse的环境，堪称幼儿成长的“梦幻乐园”。户外场地宽敞，彩色滑梯、攀爬架、沙池一应俱全，孩子每天能尽情撒欢、释放天性，锻炼体能。

教室里布置得童趣满满，绘本角的松软坐垫、琳琅满目的书籍，是孩子课余的“精神充电站”;美工区摆满各式手工材料，任由孩子天马行空。

教育理念，更是让我眼前一亮。幼儿园不止抓知识，更重品德、习惯培养。把环保意识植入心间;传统节日时，舞龙、包饺子等民俗体验，让文化扎根童年。

在EtonHouse，孩子收获的是爱、知识、快乐与成长。真心感谢老师们的辛勤耕耘，也为这优质园所点赞，愿更多孩子在此开启美好童年。

We are glad we chose EtonHouse Nature Pre-school for Kabir when we moved to Singapore. Moving countries was a big change for him, but the environment was so welcoming and the teachers and staff so friendly and loving, that he settled in very well, very soon. It is a great campus with tons of outdoor experiences and ample space for independent inquiry and thinking. Kabir looks forward to coming to school everyday. Special mention for Ms Radhiah and Ms Su Yan – warm, loving and ever-smiling and taking such good, parent-like care of children. Kabir loves them and loves the school. Thank you EtonHouse!

Our younger son Ameya, has been at EtonHouse 718 Mountbatten since 2022.

The proximity to our house and the school’s outdoors were the initial considerations that made us enrol him here.

But then we saw a very nurturing and thriving environment being offered by the teachers and other staff members. The teaching styles are tailored to cater for each child’s needs. Ameya is always happy going to school and surprises us with his learnings.

When we moved to Singapore, my wife and I decided to focus on a school for our children as a top priority. Our daughter had flourished in a Montessori program in America, and we wanted a school with a similar focus on self-directed education and developing an eagerness to learn.

We toured a number of EtonHouse campuses across Singapore and fell in love with the beautiful campus and fantastic outdoor space at EtonHouse Nature Pre-School. The students we encountered seemed so happy as they explored the environment around the school, and we selected EtonHouse Nature Pre-School for our children.

Our two children have now been at EtonHouse for three terms now, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. Serena loves her teachers – special shout out to the teachers of N2 Arowana – and is always so excited when they get to school in the morning. Thanks to EtonHouse for making a second home for our daughter!

Jiahe is studying at EtonHouse Nature Pre-School. The educational concept of EtonHouse Nature Pre-School is very advanced. At school, he has met very good teachers who can enable Jiahe to quickly integrate into learning and exploration. Jiahe likes his classmates at school very much, as well as the outdoor entertainment facilities and the atmosphere where he can freely express himself in class. His father and I are very pleased with Jiahe’s decision to choose this kindergarten. Preschool education has always been something we attach great importance to. Jiahe is studying at EtonHouse Nature Pre-School, and his comprehension ability, communication ability and language ability have gradually improved. Our family is very grateful to EtonHouse Nature Pre-School! At the same time, we also hope that the school will get better and better.

There were two main reasons why I chose this school – the environment and the curriculum. Throughout the years that I have been at the school, I have also come to love and appreciate other aspects such as the wonderful teachers and staff, the high level of interaction between the parents and the teachers, and the strong social aspect of the parent community.

The school environment is so beautiful and inviting. As a school influenced by the Reggio Emilia approach, it uses the environment as the ‘third teacher’ so careful attention is paid to the look and feel of the classrooms, the ateliers, and the outdoor spaces, with great consideration and priority being given to natural materials.

The classrooms are bright and spacious, with lots of natural light. The school has two large sandpits, a vegetable garden, sensory gardens, a water course, a tricycle track, climbing structures, in addition to sufficient open green space.

Along the walkways, there is always something inviting exploration – an easel with paint, a basket of books, a chalkboard, some balls of yarn for winding around a chair or a column, some flowers frozen in blocks of ice, an overhead projector showing a video on the wall, a tub of sand with brushes inside, a water wall, etc. Often you will find the parents playing with these provocations too!

The school is a candidate for the IB World School (Primary Years Programme) and this was an important factor to me. I wanted a curriculum that was child-led and play-based, which is what the school is about. Within the framework of different units of inquiry, the students take charge of their own learning – what they learn is driven by their own theories and research, working collaboratively with each other, discovering and exploring together. I am continually amazed by how motivated the children are when they are in control of their own learning, and I am always impressed with their ideas and creativity.

Our family has been part of EtonHouse Nature Pre-School for more than 5 years. All three of our daughters went to school here – we have had kids at this school all the way through from Pre-Nursery to K2! This beautiful little school was the perfect place for our children to start their schooling. It is an incredibly friendly environment with a lot of emphasis on relationship building, nature appreciation, the stimulation of the child’s natural curiosity, and the appreciation of the child as a wonderful individual. The small class sizes and the great student-teacher ration of course help to achieve this. I often joke that I wish I could re-do my own kindergarten career right here at EtonHouse Nature Pre-School! I feel forever grateful that we could be part of this diverse, caring, kind and stimulating school community. I can recommend this school whole-heartedly!

When I was looking for pre-school for my twins, Advait and Akshara, I just wanted a “happy” school with lots of outdoor space for the children to play. The EtonHouse at 718 Mountbatten not only has a big outdoor play area and cozy classrooms but more importantly, the teachers are warm, friendly and nurture children’s inquisitive minds and instil confidence. My kids are really happy coming to school every day and it’s really a home away from home for them. I don’t think I could have found a better school for my kids and I am extremely satisfied with my decision

The emotional, social and physical development of young children shapes their overall personality as an adult they will become. Children learn best in an environment which allows them to play, discover & explore. EtonHouse Nature Pre-School fills the bill in all these aspects.

We have been very happy with the school’s enquiry based learning approach as they follow the Reggio Emilia style of teaching. We put our older daughter in N1 here and the younger one started in PN. It’s been a great experience with both of them. The teachers have been extremely helpful and the environment is wonderful. I’ve visited the school at varying times of the day and I’ve been glad to notice how engaged the teachers are with their students. It’s a small school which is great for the little ones. You get to know other parents and kids quickly and easily. And since no one nationality dominates, the kids get a cosmopolitan feel and learn to embrace many cultures.

I would highly recommend EtonHouse Nature Pre-School for its fun based learning approach, hands-on teachers and beautiful surroundings.

We enrolled at EtonHouse International Pre-School by chance as we did not do any research prior, it has been one of the best decisions we have made.  EtonHouse is a wonderful preschool with very personable, dedicated and caring staff.

We have had 2 of our children attending this school and both have learnt so much and have developed as individuals.  The wonderful staff make each and every child feel special (they know each child at the school by name) whilst providing them with the special and academic skills needed as they make the transition from pre-school to “big school”. Our son has since moved on to “big school”  and have benefited from the strong foundation he received from EtonHouse, he’s doing really well and is a well-adjusted and confident young man.

Our daughter is currently in K2, she has been at the centre since pre-nursery.  It is so wonderful to see her growing in confidence, personally and academically and I attribute much of this development to the way she is cared for and taught while at EtonHouse. The level of care and dedication displayed by the principal and the staff is second to none. The school has a strong sense of community, you feel like you are part of an extended family.

My eldest son joined N2 at EtonHouse Nature Pre-School, just 2 weeks after our arrival to Singapore. Our youngest commenced just before he turned 2. From the moment we saw the school during the tour, there was no questioning. We had viewed some of the large scale international schools, which I felt were just too big for a small person. EtonHouse Nature Pre-School has a nice balance of student size and a wonderful expansive outdoor play area, set up with well thought out provocations to entice curious minds. For our family, choosing a school comes with an emotional reaction and ‘that’ feeling. Watching our children’s faces light up with excitement as they explore the various play areas and engage with educators – the teaching staff immediately caught the attention of my 3yo during the tour. Having supportive and nurturing teaching staff is really important to our family, given the ever-changing world our kids live in as expats. I cannot commend them enough on their enthusiasm, kindness, patience and encouragement.

We have not looked back. Our boys are thriving as they grow in confidence and ability. The play-based learning style has really caught the attention of my two boys; my now 4yo so excited to tell me about the amazing things he has learned, writing me stories and drawing detailed pictures. My now 3yo asking every day of the holidays ‘is it a school day yet’, and coming home from school in a gloriously happy mood.

We receive daily photo’s and details about the day’s events, which we use as a prompt for the boys to tell us about their school day. On pick up and drop off the educators take the time to comment on individual details or observations about our children. Our boys love to see their friends and show us their favourite play areas at the school community events; pyjama parties, carnivals, picnics…which prove to be a chilled out catch up for the parents too! Suffice to say, we are thrilled at the opportunity for our boys to enjoy such a positive start to school life.

Our family had just moved from another country and finding a good pre-school for our two daughters was critical for us and EtonHouse has turned out to be such a blessing. Our core focus was providing our children with an environment where they could build curiosity and nurture the urge to want to learn, rather than learning facts and skills they could learn later. EtonHouse provided just that while showing them that school is foremost a fun and enjoyable place to be. As a parent, it is hard to ask for more from a school when you see their children running out the door every morning just eager to go to school.

Natalie has been in EtonHouse Nature Pre-School for the last two years. As this is the very first school that she has attended, we were worried that she would have a hard time settling in, but the teachers have been very attentive and supportive of her development needs. Within a short period of time, our timid little girl who spoke very little English started conversing confidently with her teachers and participating in class activities.

We are extremely delighted to see our daughter go to school daily with a big smile. The teachers are passionate and patient in educating the young minds. It is a shame that K2 is coming to an end and Natalie will have to leave the teachers and peers whom she had formed a strong bond with but I guess this is all part of growing up.
